What is the minimum order for events or parties?
The minimum order is 3 dozen
How far in advance do I need to place my order?
We highly recommend placing orders at least 1-2 weeks in advance as our schedule does book up. For weddings and large catering events, we recommend placing your order at least 2 - 3 months in advance of your event date. We do not guarantee availability until an order has been fully confirmed and a minimum deposit or full amount has been paid.
How do I pay?
We will email you an invoice and kindly ask for a minimum deposit of 50% of your total order within 3 days. This will allow us to process and hold your order.
The remaining amount due will need to be paid at least 1 week prior to the day of your event.
Do you offer discounts on larger orders/by the dozen?
We do not. Due to varying flavor prices, all malasadas are priced individually, no matter the size of your order.
How do your popups work?
For popups we usually serve around 400-500 malasadas with multiple deliveries throughout the day to ensure we are serving a product as close to fresh as possible.
Our popups operate for around 2-3 hours or until we sell out.
What can we expect at Food Festivals
For food festivals we serve around 1300-3000 malasadas with multiple deliveries throughout the day to ensure we are serving a product as close to fresh as possible.
